A program for women about women. How She Really Does It covers a variety of topics, including balancing work and family, financial issues, career, building businesses, parenting, education, religion, and youth sports. This talk show is meant to inspire, empower, entertain and be a resource for women. This week’s guest Ellyn Spragins, author of What I Know Now: Letters to My Younger Self discusses the book on the show. The book s premise is: If you could send a letter back through time to your younger self, what would the letter say? In this moving collection, forty-one famous women write letters to the women they once were, filled with advice and insights they wish they had had when they were younger. Some of the contributors for the book were Madeleine Albright, Maya Angelou, Rebecca Lobo, Eileen Fisher, Ann Curry, Nora Roberts, Jane Bryant Quinn, Queen Noor, and Olympia Dukakis.
