From Irish immigrant to living the American Dream. Born in Ireland, Mick Quinn came to America for the American Dream. Most of us would consider Mick as having it all. He was a CEO of a NYC technology company while living on 5th Avenue. This is the second of a series of interviews I am doing with Mick. The first one I did last fall is an introduction to him and his personal journey. Today we will discuss how our conditioning has so much influence on our lives and what can be done to create change, in thinking, emotions and actions. Connect with Mick:After listening to the interview, can you practice trying to “catch” your emotion before you express it?
