Change makes many of us nervous. How do we go about making change? What is the right change? Many women approach me with wanting to change their life. They may have left that corporate job already to stay home with their children and now want to re-enter the workforce, but do not want to go back to what they were doing. Or others have continued working, but want to do something different. Today we have Ariane de Bonvoisin author of the First 30 days: Your Guide to Any Change and CEO and founder of the online media company First30Days.com.

Do you remember growing up and being filled with the image/myth that you would be rescued by the prince and live happily ever after. I am sure that I don t have to mention the story books, animations, and movies where this fairy tale message was implied. Today we have two women who formulated the idea of a new generation of fairy tales: encouraging women to find their security in something much deeper than a left-hand ring and to emphasize the notion that happily ever after is attainable for everyone. Susan Johnston and Kimberly Webb are the authors of Princess Bubble the modern-day fairy tale.

So we are going to get this out of the way first, our guest today is married to San Francisco s Mayor Gavin Newsom. However she is not here to talk about him or her marriage today. Jennifer Siebel Newsom is here today is to discuss her personal journey into film and her Girls Club Entertainment.

Not only is she beautiful, but she played soccer at Stanford as an undergraduate and also earned her MBA from the Stanford Business School. She is fluent in Spanish. She volunteered in Ecuador at a children s hospital, and later brought the micro-credit enterprise model to bushmen and rainforest communities in southern Africa and Latin America. After all that, Jennifer has moved into acting and producing and forming Girls Club Entertainment.
